Metric Search is looking for a (Senior) CAD Designer with Water/Wastewater or Land Development experience on behalf of a fast-growing engineering firm. The client is open to designers with any level of experience.For a complete understanding of this opportunity, and what will be required to be a successful applicant, read on.Job Description:As a CAD Designer, you will work closely with the team of engineers and PMs to aid in the design of water/wastewater infrastructure and land development projects.Your responsibilities will include:Create detailed drawings, plans, and layouts using CAD software for various projects:- Water and wastewater projects: pipelines, treatment plants, pump stations, and distribution systems- Land development projects: residential, commercial, subdivisions, etc.Collaborating with engineers and designers to ensure that designs meet project requirementsDocumenting and tracking changes to designs and drawingsConducting quality control checks to ensure that designs meet quality standardsRequirements:1+ year(s) of experience as a CAD TechnicianProficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD and Civil 3DUnderstanding of engineering principles and design standardsExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsAttention to detail and strong organizational skillsCompensation and Benefits:Our client offers a competitive salary and benefits package - this is a full-time position with the potential for long-term growth and career advancement within the firm.Competitive salary range commensurate with experience ($65k - $105k)Individual BonusesIf you are interested in this role, please submit your resume and application, or feel free to reach out to us using the following contact details:Email: connor.jennings@Cell Number: +1 646 814 0321
