The Junior Product Marketing Manager s a member of the Marketing Group, reporting to the Marketing Mgr. Shehe must possess a commitment and dedication to the Corporate values of providing the highest quality products, superior customer service with good product knowledge. ResponsibilitiesThe Junior Product Marketing Manager is responsible for supporting product lifecycle management and realization of financial goals.Develops and implements marketing and selling strategies for new and existing brands and products.Research our market's consumer preferences then target and segment our customers effectively based on this researchCollaborate with sales team to create marketing content that will enable the sales teamCreate product marketing content that clearly and effectively communicates our value-propositionOversee product launches, feature releases, and product positioningInitiates market research studies, analyzes their findings and integrates data into product management.Participates and leads product development projects from research, ideation and product concept to development and launch.Ability to successfully execute initiatives on time and in-budget.Maintains a professional image that reflects positively on the termediate computer and word processing skills, in particular Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook and CRM, ERP, Web, social media and digital marketing tools, SEOSEM.QualificationsBachelor's degree in marketing or a related field is preferred1+ years experience as a business associate in medical device; preferably LymphedemaCompression.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in the English language including the ability to relate and empathize with diverse customers including patients, therapists and medical professionals.
