Job Description:

Position SummaryPerforms reviews and analysis of weekly backorders, shipping costs, inventory availability, and related projects and data. Performs parts purchase orders for parts sourced from HQ. Completes assigned projects in an accurate and timely manner. Regular contact by telephone and email with Dealers and Business managers may be required. Position Duties and ResponsibilitiesProcesses and submits parts purchase orders from LS Mtron, Korea.Performs weekly backorder analysis of dealer requests and outstanding back orders. Provides analysis to Parts Manager and After Sales Support Director.Works with Parts Manager to do cycle counts and inventory counts on targeted parts items.Processes payments for UPSFedEx freight. Reviews shipping options for ground and next day air shipping as needed. (PaymentAnalysis) and pricing review. Project work: Work on projects for each year as assigned by Parts Manager and After Sales Support DirectorPerforms parts pricing comparisons with competitors in the market. Develops report on market pricing and competitive position.Rilco Billing. EVCI (Service Tool): Receives signed applications requesting service tool user access from Dealers. Issues tool and manages user administration of tool for users. This is for New Dealers being welcomed to LS but also any issue with Tools. Technical issues with Tools are handled by IT dept but I will assist with what is necessary. This involves call tags, new tools, and anything in between.Marketing support,EOM Sales Reports: Completing End of the Month Reports.Various other weekly reports as needed. Parts purchasing: USA & Canada vendors.Warehouse and office supplies purchasing Minimum Requirements:High School Diploma or equivalent, and documented work experience working in an office or phone-based customer service center environment.The ability to communicate effectively, by telephone or email, with dealers, business managers and coworkers to answer questions and resolve problems.Experience handling telephone inquiries from customers is required.Experience using automated systems to find inventory items, part lookup (i.e. auto or tractor parts experience)Basic knowledge of mechanical components and concepts is needed.Advanced computer proficiency using Excel using V-Lookups, Macros, and Pivot Tables SAP experience is preferred, but not required.
