Job Description:

Position Background:Seeking a strong candidate to become a Senior Project Manager at one of New York's premier experiential marketing agencies, Rise & Set (executing a variety of high profile projects for some of the world's most renown brands.Role & Responsibilities:Summary: Be able to manage a mix of projects and have a solid understanding of how to service and liaise with clients in the luxury sector (Watches, Spirits, Automobile, Non-Profit Galas, Investor Conferences, Travel Destination Management, Red Carpet Movie Premieres, etc)Assist with overseeing Rise & Set's relationship with select clientsMaintain relationships with vendors as well as reach out to new potential vendorsLiaise between clients and vendors to accurately execute current and future needsCreate and manage assigned budgetsCreate and manage Profit & Loss statements pertaining to eventsCreate and manage run of shows leading up to the eventPost-event reconciliation (thank you notes to clientsvendors, financial wrap-ups, invoicing collecting payments, paying vendors, etc)Designating certain team member's responsibilities as well as supervise these team members at the office and on-siteMonitor a project's schedule from planning into fruitionAttend all relevant meetingsphone conference callssite visitsCreate staffing lists for all projectsManage all on-site staff and oversee freelance workers (if applicable)Oversee projects from conception to completionConstantly troubleshoot, stay organized, and multitaskAssist with new business meetings as neededCommunicate daily with Vice President for various elements and provide necessary updatesWork between Creative Director and client for all décor needs and send relative information to vendorsRequirements:Minimum of +8 years of client service experienceStrong event and agency backgroundTeam player and ability to work in an intimate environmentLeadership qualitiesPositive and upbeat attitudeFlexible to travel on a quarterly basis (if not more)Be able to multitask and work on a variety of projects at onceBackground and interest working with luxury brands clienteleStrong understanding of ExcelJob Type: Full-TimeBenefits includedCandidate needs to be in the New York City area and be in the office on a daily basis
