PLANT MANAGERFt Smith, AROur long-term client has asked us to conduct an exclusive nationwide search for their next Plant Manager of their We are looking for someone with: At least 5 years' experience managing a CUSTOM Stainless Steel fabrication plant that manufactures industrial equipment for any of the follow industries; food processing, beverage, dairy, food service or WWT. ETO (Engineered To Order) experience is required. BS Degree is preferred, but not required. Someone who has advanced from an hourly operator skilled trades position in a Custom metal fab shop to a Plant Manager role would be ideal for this position. Experience and knowledge of; stainless steel fabrication, welding, press brakes, laser cutters, water jet, machining is required. Must have a solid understanding of PDM, ERP and MRP. Base salary in the low to mid $100's plus bonus. Relocation assistance is available. Client is not willing to sponsor a US Work Visa.
