JOHNLEONARD is seeking an experienced, well-organized, and independent paralegal with experience in US And foreign trademark prosecution and enforcement. This full-time Trademark Paralegal role is based in Boston and offers an attractive salary and benefits.As a Trademark Paralegal, you will manage all phases of routine US And foreign trademark prosecution. You will also assist with the preparation and filing of trademark applications, Office Action Response, Statements of Use, Section 8 and 15 Affidavits, Renewals, and related documents.During your first few weeks in this Trademark Paralegal role, you can expect to take on some of the following:Assess acceptable specimens of use for submission to the USPTOAssist with copyright and domain mattersManage trademark docket and provide support and reminders to attorneysLiaise with foreign agents regarding foreign filing requirements for trademark prosecution and maintenanceCommunicate with clients regarding prosecution, enforcement, and clearanceTo apply for this Trademark Paralegal role, your soft skills, expertise, and experience should include:At least 3 years of experience as a Trademark Paralegal in a law firm or corporate settingExperience with, or willingness to learn, how to conduct US and international trademark clearance searches using online toolsExcellent interpersonal skills; must have clear and concise verbal and written communication skills Ability to follow instructions effectively from a diverse group of clients, attorneys, and the entire trademark team, and be able to multitask and work independentlyExcellent analytical and reasoning skills; Intuitive problem solver and ability to identify and suggest solutions to challenging issuesYou'll receive an excellent salary and benefits package for your knowledge, expertise, and flexibility.If this full-time Trademark Paralegal job motivates and inspires you, please apply with JOHNLEONARD today.
