Change ManagerLarge Banking ClientNewark, DE - 3 days onsite, 2 RemoteDuration: 18 months Top Must Have Requirements: Change management experience - 3+ years Financialbanking industry background Project management or coordination experience JIRA, ExcelIndependent thinkers and good listener - spot gaps, presentation skills - connecting the dots Position SummaryResponsible for change management and delivery of material changes for a project of moderate to high complexity. Works closely with the Tech Delivery team to ensure required change procedures are defined, and assists teams in completing change management tasks. Advanced data query and excel reporting required to drive adherence to change management compliance. Performs weekly internal audits for data quality issues. Troubleshoot quality issues with tech teams and partners to resolve audit findings. Lead change management execution that includes integration and implementation of Risk Management, Release Planning and Quality Assurance. Ensure that all applicable change requirements are satisfied; Acts as the primary support point of contact for change management activities including interpreting new enterprise standards and developing training materials for Shared Services teams.Required Skills•JIRA agile tool (or equivalent), functional process flowcharts, Status reporting, Agile software delivery practices, MS Office.• Background in reporting functions, report generation, metrics definition and visualization• Ability to create process improvement objectives, implement process changes, while managing risk and disruption to team delivery, ensuring compliance to standards, and identify process gaps and visibility into the level of documentation compliance.• Coordinates and facilitates routines to support delivery - tollgates, etc• Facilitates dependency managementrisk managementimpediment removal for the defined deliverables. Ensures deliverables comply with Enterprise Change Management standards• Self motivated to remain current on enterprise standards and practices• Internal auditing experience or equivalent ?Desired SkillsA plus if any experience in programming, architecture, application testing, scrum master, release train engineer.• Can communicate technical concepts to non technical audiences and back• Has experience with application or software development practices and routines?Dashboard reporting - Background in reporting functions, report generation, metrics definition and visualization. Ability to query data from JIRA and extract data to excel. Advanced excel reporting skills that include functions such as pivot tables and VLOOKUP.Change Mgmt - Troubleshoot quality issues with tech teams and partners to resolve audit findings.
