Job Profile:The Regent Holding Company Treasury Analyst has the primary responsibility of analyzing and monitoring the company's financial resources to help meet the company's goals. The Treasury Analyst is continuously managing cash flows and identifying financial risks across the businesses. Working with the Treasury Manager, CFO, and the businesses' finance teams, this role is actively involved in assuring that the short- and long-term cash plans enable continued growth. Primary Responsibilities: Cash ManagementWork with the businesses to proactively optimize cash flowsDevelop and maintain the 13 week corporate cash forecast looking to continuously improve its accuracy and accountabilityContinuously work with the business to understand cash forecast variances and develop mitigation plans where possibleDevelop and maintain long-term future cash and covenant projectionsMonitor and report on bank account balances, inflows, and outflowsAssure that reasonable controls are implemented and maintainedBanking & FinanceAlong with the Treasury Manager and CFO, maintain banking relationshipsAlong with the Treasury Manager and CFO, negotiate bank agreementsPrepare bank, lender, and underwriting reportingContinuously evaluate banking needs and opportunities to improve liquidity and add valueDevelop programs and tools to support the businesses in areas including leasing, supply chain financing, credit card receipts, purchase cards, and othersBe a key contributor concerning acquisitions including capital sourcing and financial modelingRisk ManagementContinuously evaluates risk tolerance and updatesimplements policies and practices as needed in areas including liquidity, insurances, customer credit, accounts payable, currencies, operations, and other areas.Support the businesses with commercial insurance administrationTax Administration Be the tax liaison between the businesses and third party preparersOther duties as assignedKnowledge, Skills, Abilities Required:Education Relevant four-year business degreeCertification preferredMasters preferredExperience & Experience5+ years of relevant experience including significant hands-on cash managementStrong systems background with the ability and experience of analyzing large amounts of dataGood accounting knowledge
