Qualified Store Manager candidates will have at least 3 years of retail management experience, High School diploma or Equivalent. Bachelor's Degree preferred.The Store Leader drives objectives that increase profitability and ensure a good customer and team member experience. The Store Leader (Store Manager) achieves results through his or her leadership team, working side-by-side, and hands on with the entire store team.Responsible for overall store operation, sales performance, and management of store personnel.Ensures that the store meets or exceeds the financial goals (sales, profits, expenses) set by the company.Utilizes company reports and tools to assess efficiency, analyze trends, and identify opportunities for improvement in store performance.Responsible for the interviewing, selection, hiring, training and performance evaluations of all team membersAccepts special assignments as directed by the District Leader.Qualifications:High School diploma: post-Secondary degreediploma preferred.3+ years of retail management experience.Results-driven retail store management experience.Possess a valid Driver's License; may sometimes be required to drive to the bank to make deposits.Must have open availabilityCompetitive pay based on experience!
