Advance your career at Agilitas Energy, the leading developer, builder, owner and operator of large scale, commercial solar and battery storage systems in the Northeast.The Project Manager is an integral member of the Agilitas Energy project team. The position is responsible for leading and managing all aspects of a project. This can include stakeholder expectations, costs, schedule, project controls, reporting and the various members of the project team throughout the entire project life-cycle. The Project Manager works closely with our engineers and construction site managers to oversee the successful design and build of our energy assets.The successful candidate will bring a proven track record of 3+ years of project management experience in the field of solar andor energy storage design-build construction.Scope of Responsibilities (includes but not limited to): Collaborate with the Project Development team to determine project requirements and expectations.Partner with the engineering team to ensure project designs meet or exceed internal andor external requirements.Assist in the creation of project budgets & cost estimates through collaboration with the Estimating Department and through soliciting proposals from vendors and subcontractors.Negotiate with vendors and subcontractors to obtain best pricing & terms.Draft & negotiate subcontracts and scope of work documents through coordination with the Project Team.Develop and maintain project schedules and timelines in conjunction with the Construction Management team.Manage prime contract & subcontract expectations and reporting requirements.Work with Construction Site Managers to track and manage subcontractor productivity and performanceMaintain project budgets, cash flows and cost reportingTrack and evaluate project progress and prepare detailed reportsCreate and maintain project documentation on a weekly basis. Candidate Requirements:Thoughtful and Detail orientedStrong work ethic and the ability to logically work through problems and come to reasonable conclusions.Proficiency in software related to constructionproject management (specifically Microsoft Project, Excel, and Procore)Excellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to read and comprehend construction plans, details, and specificationsBachelor's degree required.
