We are looking for a Head of Marketing Operations for a Software Development client in Austin, TX. DescriptionWe are building out the marketing function within our team and we're looking to add a few key hires, one being our first Head of Marketing Operations. This role will play a pivotal role in optimizing processes within the marketing team, driving operational efficiency, and managing the MarTech stack.8+ years of experience Strong analytical skills Oversee our suite of marketing technology tools ensuring proper integration and utilization, and introducing new tools when appropriateDevelop dashboards and maintain metrics that help drive the overall marketing strategyCollaborate with internal teams to drive alignment between marketing and company-wide objectivesThe annual pay for this W-2 position ranges from $160,000 - $190,000 depending on experience.Mathys+Potestio values applicants of all backgrounds and experiences.
