Job Description:

**MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH A HI-LOW FORKLIFT**Unload and check all materials and equipment against delivery documentsObtaining driver's signature. Notes damaged goods, shortages, etc., on bill of ladingAssign miscellaneous receivable numbers to MRO items and delivers to recipientIn the absence of packing list or as needed a tally sheet is completedFill orders or requisitions for materials or product and deliver to manufacturing, inspection, and packaging linesInsure that all materials dispensed are in approved or conditional status and according to production scheduleSegregate and eliminate excess or discontinued material upon receipt of salvage dispositionLocate, assemble, and load all shipments to include proper packing, labeling, and completeness of shipping documents, temperature requirements and sign bills of lading to verify all shipments are completeObtain driver's signature on bills of lading, apply proper trailer seals, and sign driver's gate release when loading is completeTransfer tanks and equipment from trailers to specific locationsUse power trucks and completion of daily equipment check listKeep equipment, stock, and working areas clean and orderlyPull samples of stock, as requiredResponsible for securing and storing controlled drugsService the SQC function, as requiredMake out interdepartmental delivery slips and deliver materials, obtaining signatures when necessaryDispose of loss memo material in approved containersDrive vehicles for outside pickup of materials, as requiredPackages sales orders and samples for shipment to customersPlace inventories in proper location in a safe secure manner, storing in properly controlled conditions, and record locationMaintain record of inventory located materialsVerifies inventory stock number, lot number, and description are correct and affixes inventory system receivable numberSubmits production receipts to office for inventory inputPerform cycle counts of inventories, as requiredCheck and verify that correct productpackaging components are dispensed to the manufacturing, inspection, and packaging lines, signing and dating required forms for responsibilityResponsible for observing safe operating procedures and established safety rules, coordinate resources to provide appropriate safety training for themselves and their work force, and follow safety procedures consistent with applicable rules and standards
