SUMMARY: Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Landscaping Foreman Lead to lead our landscaping installation, maintenance, and Landscaping teams in all phases of our services. We are looking for an experienced Landscape Foreman Lead with a dynamic range of landscaping experience to join our team. A foreman is critical to each account and project's success. It is a blended role of leadership skills & job site management and landscape installation and vision. Foreman acts as Site Lead when Project Managers are not present and are ready to keep the crews progressing daily. This position is highly respected and rewarded for strong leadership and a collaborative teamwork PENSATION AND BENEFITS:• $30 to $35 per hour based on experienceCompany Benefits:Medical InsuranceDental InsuranceVision InsuranceHealth Savings Account401(k)401(k) matchingPaid Time OffSupplemental Insurance ProgramsJOB DUTIES AND FUNCTIONS:• Lead and supervise Landscaping teams, ensuring efficient workflow and project completion within deadlines.• Collaborate with PrincipalOwner and Landscape Operations Manager to understand project requirements, preferences, and goals.• Responsible for daily work planning, quality, and accomplishment by the Crew• Project Management• Provides on-site project oversight• Understanding of how to read landscape schedules and plans.• Operates and maintains small and large machinery• Proactively establish and support a positive commitment to Safety on job site• Be willing to train and mentor Crew members for skill development• Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and attention to detail.• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting professional growth and development within the team.• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and advancements in landscaping techniques.• Constantly promote and encourage adherence to company policies and safety practices.POSITION SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS:• 1-3 years of professional landscape construction experience• 1-year experience leading teams• Project Management Experience• Ability to show working knowledge of toolsequipmentpractices etc.• Strong written and oral communication skills - Spanish a plus• Good physical condition and endurance; able to lift heavy objects and work outdoors in all weather conditions• Valid WA driver license
