Job Description:

A national communications organization is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Fayetteville, NC. The ideal candidate has an outgoing, motivated personality and enjoys customer interaction! This is a temp-to-hire, onsite position.The role will included troubleshooting and radio programming done from the computer and will involve heavy interaction on the phone and emailing with customers and sales reps.Responsibilities:Provide excellent customer service for customers and sales repsManage multi-line phone systemReceive, create, and review work tickets for repairsHandle inventory control and inventory auditsProcess and track warranty claimsProcess billing statements and paymentsPerform various administrative office tasksTroubleshoot equipment over the phone for customersQualifications:Associate degree preferredAccounts receivable and purchasing experience, a plusStrong typing and computer skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProfessionalism and high attention to detailBenefits & Compensation:$18-20 hourly, based on experienceTemp-to-hireHealth benefits and full benefit package once permanent
