Job Description:

The Junior Brand Manager will support the business in the areas of marketing and brand equity development. The Junior Brand Manager will partner with Central Marketing, the sales and trade marketing teams, other cross functional teams, as well as external partners (agencies, wholesalers, retailers) to execute brand GTM strategies and equity & volume driving campaigns and programs. Integral to this role is critical thinking in the absence of data, creative problem solving, project management skills, and comfort in a dynamic, matrixed, and highly regulated environment. The Junior Brand Manager is the subject matter expert on trends in the category, key players in the local market and the projects they manage. Key Responsibilities: Assist in development, together with local leadership and Central Marketing, optimal Brand Strategies and Marketing Plans that ensure the ability to grow brand equity and awareness, deliver volume, revenue, & profit goals. Lead execution of key componentstactics of the Brand Marketing Plan (promotional & media campaigns, consumer facing eventsactivities, retail activation, product launches, etc.) Help execute the launch of new brands. Help establish the brand(s) in the market such that consumers have affinity for and can easily identify and select our products. Review packaging and positioning of products and suggest improvements based on trends and activity. Develop relationships, partner with, and help deliver on the needs of key constituents (Distributors, Wholesalers, Retailers, Influencers) in a dynamic and highly regulated category. Collaborate with agency partners to deliver on events and tactics. Conduct & report on category and competitive activity, new trends, brands, and products Manage and track project budgets and ROIs Who you are: Previous work experience as an Associate Brand Manager, Assistant Brand Manager, Marketing Associate, or similar role. Results oriented, entrepreneurial, and self-motivated. Leadership and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong working relationships in a multi-cultural organization. Experience with product pricing, packaging, and positioning. Familiarity with distribution channels and media marketing campaigns. Knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques. Ability to conduct market analysis, identify problems or opportunities and suggest solutions. Excellent communication skills and possess creativity. Knowledge of category issuesopportunities.
