This individual will play a critical role in supporting the Sales and Marketing team in the business development and investor relations functions. The ideal candidate for this position is a high-energy, polished initiative-taker with strong organizational skills, outstanding communication and people skills, and strong diligence. Key Responsibilities: Responsible for organizing the Sales & Marketing team. Understand priorities, process and initiatives of the team and drive to completion. Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of ABS Global investment strategies. Internal daily reporting and expense reporting preparation.Prepare PowerPoint presentations and Excel spreadsheets. Manage internal team meetings and calls. Maintain agenda, record notes for distribution, send follow ups to individuals. Ad hoc Contact Relationship Management (CRM) projects.Assist with special projects, executive firm events and annual conference. Collaborate with Distribution team to gather information on needs and opportunities. Represent the firm with integrity and model firm values and professional standards. Qualifications: 4-year UniversityCollege Degree anized and comfortable working in a demanding environment; able to prioritize. Ability to work independently and solve problems; mindfulness is essential.
