CB Partners is working with one of our best clients to help fill their Care Coordinator position in Overland Park, KS. Our client offers an excellent working environment that is 100 percent onsite. The ideal candidate will have a background within healthcare or pharmaceutical setting and have prior experience within customer service. In this direct hire opportunity you could earn between $20 and $26 per hour depending on experience. Responsibilities:Facilitate plan members' access to financial assistance programsFollow up with members, pharmacies, healthcare providers, and financial assistance programs to track drug shipments and receiptsValidate plan member eligibility requirementsAct as the primary point of contact for plan members, advocating for their needs and nurturing collaborative relationshipsPromptly and accurately document all interactions in the Customer Relationship Manager software (CRM)Deliver exceptional customer service, promptly resolving requests and escalating complaints when necessaryReview pending activities and specific customer requests to ensure outstanding service and experiencesDemonstrate proficiency in utilizing the company's plan member database and meeting performance metricsResearch and identify available financial assistance programs for specialty drugs prescribed to active membersCoordinate access to patient assistance programs, aiding plan members and physician staff in completing necessary forms and applicationsQualifications: Minimum 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in healthcare reimbursement and pharmaceutical settings.Excellent written and oral communication skills.Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and maintain a steady workflow.Pharmacy Technicians are strongly encouraged to apply.Must be able to reliably commute to Overland Park, KSAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, or protected veteran status and will not be discriminated against on the basis of disability.
