Job Description:

Our client, a registered investment advisory firm, is seeking a dynamic, and talented Marketing Events Coordinator to to join their marketing team.This role is hybrid (4 days in office for the first 90 days, then hybrid 3 days in the office). Candidates must be open to attending events held after standard working hours (4-6 events a month). Events are held at various locations across the DMV area.A typical week will include:Fully manage all prospecting and client events - from planning to holding the event and post-event follow-up and trackingBudget, monitor, and handle expenses for all eventsProvide a welcoming and superior experience for event attendeesEnsure each event has appropriate MarketingCWM coverageTrack success of all event campaigns, research event best practices, and recommend innovative options to testWork with the Marketing team to monitor and track lead generation, and assess event and event marketing effectivenessTrack and manage inventory of promotional items, including identifying new itemsMaintain strong relationships with vendors, updating contracts and files as appropriateMaintain and update vendor contracts and files as appropriateAttend prospect and client functions, including evening events as requiredDevelop, schedule, plan, and execute monthly client webinars and a quarterly client appreciation eventEnsure regulatory compliance is followedCommunicate across functional teams to effectively support client relationships and projectsMinimum education and experience:2 or more years of marketing experience, andor 2 or more years managing logistics for events, including multiple events simultaneouslyMicrosoft Office proficiency Preferred:Bachelor of Science in Marketing (or related field degree)Experience with Salesforce CRM andor Pardot2 or more years of customer service experienceWhat's in it for you beyond the salary:5 weeks of PTO annuallyMedical, Dental, and Vision InsuranceLong-Term and Short-Term DisabilityEmployer-paid Life and AD&D insurance with the option to purchase additional coverage401(k) with company matchBonus PlanFree Financial planningEducational Reimbursement plan to include Tuition Reimbursement and ContinuingEducationDesignation Renewals
