Job Description:

Job SummaryLease Records Analyst position with Mack Energy Co., an Oklahoma City based private exploration and production company. Must be able to perform all facets of work under minimal supervision with a comprehensive understanding of Oklahoma land issues relevant to the oil & gas industry. DutiesResponsibilities         ·        Manages and maintains lease records, contracts, and other written obligations. ·        Strong understanding of Oklahoma land matters and agreement interpretation managing company operated and non-operated well interests, assets, and mineral and surface ownerships. ·        Knowledge and research of record title ownership and OCC filings.·        Familiar with acquisition and divestiture of surface and oil & gas interests.·        Coordinates closely with Land, DO, and Accounting.·        Develop and manage billingrevenue decks, WIO balloting, review and adhere to industry agreements, communicate with other operators and non-op working interest owners.  Required Qualifications·     Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or 5+ years related experience andor training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.·     Knowledge of document management software, accounting software, project management software, spreadsheet software, and word processing software.·     Relevant work experience performed in Oklahoma.  ·   Enertia software experience PreferredWhile performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to sit and use hands to finger, handle, or feel with manual dexterity sufficient to operate a computer keyboard, computer mouse, and calculator. The employee is occasionally required to stand and walk. The employee must occasionally lift andor move up to 25 pounds.
