Role DescriptionThis is a full-timepart-time on-site role for various positions, including Certified Nursing Assistants. We also provide Specialized Companionship and PCA services. As a Certified Nursing Assistant, your primary responsibility will be to provide direct care and assistance to our clients. Assisting with everyday tasks, keeping an eye on vital signs, giving prescriptions, recording patient data, and maintaining a tidy and secure atmosphere are just a few of the responsibilities you will have. Furthermore, you will work directly with our staff to guarantee that our customers receive efficient and well-coordinated treatment.QualificationsPossession of a valid Nursing Assistant certificationDemonstrated experience in delivering direct care and support to patientsFamiliarity with fundamental medical terminology and proceduresProficiency in monitoring vital signs and identifying shifts in patient conditionOutstanding communication and interpersonal abilitiesEffective teamwork capabilitiesExceptional organizational and time-management proficienciesDeeply compassionate, empathetic, and committed to delivering high-quality careCompletion of high school education or equivalentBilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is advantageous
