Headquartered in New York City, The Levy Group manages, elevates, and builds the long-term value of consumer brands by partnering with best-in-class manufacturers and retailers.Responsibilities and DutiesMaintain the style master in Blue Cherry by updating the stylescolors that need to be published.Create customer cross reference SKU for accounts like Kohl's, JC Penney, etc.832(o) Catalog destination to send the styles to the portals.846(o) Inventory process and troubleshoot any issues.Verify that the styles and inventory are properly updated in the DTC portals. DSCO, Radial, Commerce Hub, Fabric Marketplace.850(i) Process orders into BCMake sure all orders pass allocation.940(o) Pick tickets for EDI locationsFollow up with the warehouses daily and ensure that the customer orders are received and shipped promptly.945(i) Ensure that all invoices are processed in Blue Cherry.856(o) ASN to update customer portal.810(o) Invoice to update customer portal.Make sure all POs that were shipped for the day are closed on the portals daily.Troubleshoot any issues with open orders municate with all direct-to-consumer accounts about shortages and investigate orders that didn't ship on time.Liaison between the warehouse and the sales teamQualificationsBachelor's or Graduate's degree in business, computer science, information systems or information technology, or equivalent experience.Experience with applicable software and systems including SQL Server and FTP.Experience with enterprise resource planning and business process analysis.Skilled at requirements gathering, problem analysis and problem solving. Comfortable making decisions and providing solutions to problems to team and superiors.
