Job Description:

The position will assist in delivering IT Asset and Configuration Management as an operational program in IT Operations. The hardware asset management specialist will be involved in various activities within IT Asset Management (ITAM) - Hardware Audits, physical asset verification and location, asset custodianship, process documentation, configuration analyst, and process integration activities. Ideal candidate will have a strong technical background (with prior experience in IT) either in end point device support and management or administration related role for infrastructure of network devices. Responsibilities: • Ensure hardware asset and configuration items mapping are complete and accurate• Work with Sustain teams on education and process adherence to ensure asset data integrity is managed properly throughout the ITAM Enterprise Lifecycle Management• LeadParticipate in internal and external audits and physical asset verification projects• Improve and maintain Hardware Asset Management process documentation• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in program-wide asset management and configuration management activities• Provide recommendations and best practices to improve existing hardware asset management processes, configuration management updating and procedures
