Job Description:

Our Metrowest client is looking for a Community Relations Specialist with 4+ years' experience for an immediate long term contract; this role is onsite two days a week. We're looking for 4+ years' database and admin experience and grant and community relations experience is a huge place as well as a background working in nonprofits or higher education.Responsibilities:• Complete Community Relations Field & DC grant funding requests as well as the Foundation response to all submitted Brand funding inquiries• Support the execution of other grant programs as needed • Review and vet nonprofit organizations' grant applications to validate eligibility for funding under company guidelines• Serve as a resource for database questions from external partners, including nonprofit grantees and applicants, and is the point of contact for external troubleshooting• Support the Brand Team in tracking and monitoring grant budgets• Other duties as assignedRequirements:• Ability to navigate systems and maintain databasereporting• Excellent attention to detail with an ability to prioritize tasks and responsibilities across several Teams and projects• Self-reliant and self-motived, with the ability to work autonomously to achieve results• Great teammate with excellent interpersonal and communication skillsMinimum Job Skills required to perform this job:• Excellent interpersonal skills, written and verbal communication skills• Excellent attention to detail• Experience with database management andor data analytics• Experience working in highly collaborative setting with multiple levels of stakeholders• Ability to be flexible and navigate multiple processes and workstreams at the same time• Strong customer relations skills• Decision-making and problem-solving skills• Proficient with Word, Excel, and Powerpoint• Knowledge of the nonprofit sector• Experience with GIFTS, IGam preferred
