Specialty Consultants, the leading real estate search firm, is helping our client, an innovative multifamily investment and development firm hire a Development and Construction Manager. This individual will manage the full lifecycle of projects, both large and small, with a focus on multifamily and mixed-use properties.Participation will include:Site analysis, feasibility, permittingSelection and oversight of a General ContractorProject budgetingCoordinating with internal and external team members to deliver projects successfullyIdeal candidates will have a strong construction background (coming from a Developer, General Contractor, CMOwner's Rep firm, etc.) and will have the opportunity to learn significant aspects of land planning and development.
