Competitive Base Salary (D.O.E) with Uncapped Commissions in a lucrative dustrial Metal Supply Company, the Southwest's leading metal service center and distributor is looking for a seasoned Account ManagerOutside Sales Representative with experience selling into the steel and aluminum markets in the San Diego, Northern Mexico and Arizona regions This role will be responsible for the following:Plan daily routes and call on customers and prospects to build relationships.Build territoryaccount approach and monitor resources.Partner with the local facility leaders to ensure customer satisfaction.Knowledge of ERP systems and Sales Force.Prioritizes concurrent customer demands and provides satisfactory service to all.Balances concurrent requests for assistance from internal and external customers for customer service issuesPosition Requirements: Metal Industry- Position is based in San Diego but will also cover Northern Mexico and Arizona.Knowledge of local metal industry with focus on Steel, Stainless and Aluminum productsExcellent professional written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills requiredProficiency within Microsoft applications (Outlook, Excel, Word) requiredAbility to multi-task and prioritize in fast paced environments.Flexible and creative solutions-mindedExperience Required: 5 Years PlusEducation Required: Bachelors Degree or Equivalent Work ExperienceThe company offers a very competitive total compensations package .
