This profession will be responsible for the design, programming, monitoring and maintenance of production and facilities process automation systems. Responsibilities:Configuration and support of Rockwell Software applicationsResolution of automation equipment issuesAssist in the planning, development, and deployment of automation solutions for on-site equipmentProvide run-the-business automation equipment of manufacturing systems including after-hours on-callWrite and edit design documentation, both functional and detailed specificationsAssist with the start-up, commissioning, and validation of automation systemsMonitor existing system performance and implement industry best-practice improvementsAdherence to standard operating procedures (SOP's) in a GxP regulatory environmentRequirements: Bachelor's degree (Engineering or Computer Science)3-5 years of automation manufacturing systems experience Experience with Rockwell FactoryTalk software systems requiredPLC and HMI programming experience requiredExperience and support for 21CFR part 11 and Good Manufacturing Practices, preferredExperience with Siemens PLC automation systems a plus
