TOP is headquartered in Portland, Oregon.Position OverviewAs part of its continued growth and expansion, Triple Oak is seeking a talented and experienced real estate paralegal to join our dedicated, dynamic, diverse, collaborative, and vision-driven team working in one of the economy's most important growth industries.   Reporting to the Deputy General Counsel, the paralegal will work with the legal and business teams and outside counsel on site control, title curative, and other administrative and corporate matters.  Key Responsibilities• Document Preparation: Assist in preparing legal documents related to real estate transactions, such as purchase and sale agreements, leases, easements, and non-disturbance documents.• Title and Survey Review: Review and analyze title reports, surveys, and other property-related documents to identify any issues or discrepancies. This includes title curative and project-level due diligence with support from attorneys. • Contract Management: Manage contracts related to real estate transactions, ensuring timeliness and organization.• Administrative Tasks: Handle administrative tasks such as maintaining files, scheduling meetings, and organizing documents. Required Qualifications• A minimum of 5 years of paralegal experience, preferably in the renewable energy sector at large law firms andor with sophisticated in-house legal departments.• Bachelor's degree.• Strong attention to detail.• Proficiency in legal research and document review.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, complex, and dynamic environment and adapt to changing circumstances.Application:·  Please apply via email to with a resume and a cover letter
