Retirement Unlimited is seeking a Director of Sales and Community Relations to join the team!The Director of Sales and Community Relations is responsible for acquiring occupancycensus goals through marketing and sales activities such as telemarketing, tours, regular follow-up, developing referral sources, and maintaining a viable waiting list of applicants qualified to move to the community.Accurately tracks all sales and marketing activity. Reports sales activity weeklymonthly to the Corporate Director of Marketing and Communications in the timeframe designated.Maintains an up-to-date and accurate database for all prospects, professionals, and responsible parties (families) including follow-up procedures such as calls, emails, tours, etc.Maintains a viable wait list of qualified potential residents.Conducts tours of the community.Maintains a complete understanding of RUI deposits and lease procedures.
