Environment: Fortune 30 company - Contracting opportunityWe are seeking a driven Senior to become a valued member of our client's team for a key project.This unique opportunity (1099 basis) is hybrid (3 days on site 2 days remote) based in Houston and offers an exciting platform to demonstrate your exceptional skills and expertise.Key Responsibilities:Financial Statement Preparation & AuditStrong change management skillsStrong commitment to exceeding expectationsQuick learner, energetic, not afraid to roll-up hisher sleevesFlexible and able to work on various assignments, roles, industries and engagementsQualifications:3+ years working for a Big 4 auditconsulting firm is a must (i.e., EY, PwC, Deloitte andor KPMG)Experience working in corporate accountingfinance experience for large publicly traded company after a Big 4, is a plusCPA preferred but not required Bachelor or Above in Accounting or Finance requiredExcellent analytical, technical, and auditing skills including proficiency in U.S. GAAP and SOX are necessaryBasic knowledge of IFRS and its application in financial processesStrong computer skills (i.e., advanced Microsoft Excel skills etc.)Strong interpersonal skills, able to build enhance relationships with clients and internally with the management and hisher peersSelf-starter, team player, problem solver and hard working with analytical and management capabilitiesStrong investigation and communication skillsPassionate, confident and knowledgeableWilling to grow evolve and make an impactJoin a dynamic team and embark on an exciting journey with one of the largest companies in the world.
