Job Description:

We are looking to hire a Facilities Manager for our client and Investment Bank. You will be employed as a permanent employee of Forrest Solutions. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the facilities, ensuring they are well-maintained, efficient, and aligned with company objectives. The ideal candidate has a keen eye for detail, strong technical knowledge of facilities management, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.Responsibilities:Maintenance: Oversee routine and preventive maintenance of all facilities, including HVAC systems, electrical systems, plumbing, and structural components.Operations:Monitor operational procedures to ensure facilities function smoothly and efficiently. This includes managing vendor relationships, supervising maintenance staff, and maintaining detailed records of all pliance: Ensure that all facilities comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations, including regular inspections and necessary upgrades to meet regulatory standards.Technical Expertise: Apply strong technical knowledge to diagnose and resolve issues related to building systems, manage renovation projects, and implement energy-efficient solutions to reduce operational costs.Budget Management:Manage the facilities budget, including cost estimation for repairs and upgrades.
