Job Description:

Idaho Falls Community Hospital is looking for a Cardiac Procedural PrePost Registered Nurse to join their team!Responsibilities:Attend to quality patient care in the pre-procedural and post-procedural settings before interventional radiology and interventional cardiology proceduresOversee nursing care of the patient during non-invasive cardiac procedures including transesophageal echocardiograms and cardioversion.Assist with patient pre-assessment and scheduling, obtaining required pre-procedural documentation and diagnostic tests, and obtaining IV access.Facilitate intraprocedural assessment and monitoring, administration of conscious sedation to the patient during non-invasive cardiac procedures, and monitoring and recovery of cardiac catheterization laboratory and interventional radiology patients post procedurally.Oversee and monitor the patient for decompensation and complications before, during, and after cardiology and radiology procedures, administer medications and conscious sedation.At Idaho Falls Community Hospital, helping our community get better is our number one priority.
