Job Description:

Our CSP Real Estate & Financial Services Practice has partnered with a fast-growing real estate investment management and advisory firm to identify a Property Manager. The company focuses on special situations in real estate, including distressed assets, non-performing loans, portfolio repositioning and recapitalizations, and select value-add opportunities. The Property Manager will oversee the operations and performance of the properties within the portfolio.
