Job Description:

Project Manager - Savannah, GA Position Overview: Responsible for one or more heavy civil construction projects including self-perform clearing, erosion control, grading, utilities, asphalt paving, concrete, and stripingsignage as well as management of materials and subcontractors. Accountable for a project's overall performance including safety, quality, and financial outcome.Maintains existing relationships by meeting or exceeding client expectations. Develops new relationships and opportunities by embracing an entrepreneurial spirit.Self-starts and executes without continuous management by Senior Leadership. Success in this role will come to someone who has excellent communication, time management, organizational, and delegation skills with a strong work ethic. Company Overview: Platinum Paving and Concrete, LLC is a family owned and operated business with a focus on delivering projects through vertical integration including a company-owned equipment fleet, an asphalt plant, multiple concrete plants, aggregate supply, waste management, multiple yards, and dedicated divisional lines of business which support all aspects of civil construction. Qualifications: Minimum 10 years' heavy civil construction experience and demonstrated experience as a Project Manager on jobs ranging from $5M to $30M in value.Undergraduate degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or similar.Ability to travel daily within a two-hour radius of Savannah, GA.Ability to travel overnight occasionally.
