You will work hybrid schedule; 3 days in the office and 2 days remotely.Summary:The Associate Wealth Advisor (AWA) assists each advisor with the operational needs of his or her clients, helps to manage client relationships, and actively participates in the advanced planning process. The AWA develops and maintains a good working relationship with clients and advisors. This is accomplished through ongoing communication, excellent client service and outstanding operational support. In addition, this individual will work to assist with updatinginputting client financial data into various analysis tools, following up with clients on financial planning action items, and facilitating account paperwork and portfolio rebalancing activities with the appropriate admin and trading teams internally. The AWA often becomes an intermediate line of communication between advisors and their clients.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Develops a mastery of SAX WA investment philosophy and evidence-based investing.Creates a personalized Investment Policy Statement and holistic strategy for each client.Facilitates the consulting process through the preparation and follow-up of each step of the client experience and active participation in client meetings.Monitors the clients' asset allocation, rebalancing of portfolios, trade recommendations by working with our internal trading team.Tax loss harvesting recommendations.Diligent recording of client communication and use of CRM softwareWealth analysis input (including clientscenario-based simulations)Serves day-to-day client needs and collaborates with team members to ensure the highest level of service.Additional Responsibilities:Provides on-demand and scheduled reports to advisors and clients, as requested.Participates in and contributes to team meetings, as assigned.Review quarterly reports for accuracy.Tracks and completes any special projects throughout the year, including advisor notifications and year-end RMDs.Manages client onboarding process and facilitates new account paperwork with admin team.Develops an area of expertise on a firm process andor advanced planning topic to add value to the firm.Engages in business development efforts and supports firm's strategic priorities.Qualifications: Education andor Work ExperienceBachelor's degree (preferably financefinancial planning concentration or accounting)2+ years of equivalent work experience in the financial services industry is required.Series 65 or 66 requiredCFP designation or exam ready (course work completed)Knowledge of personal and small business taxes is preferred.
