Job Title: L2L3 Support Technician Location: Houston, TX (Remote + Client Visits in Houston Area.) Duration: 6 months MSP experience, prefer supporting multiple customers. VMware, Hyper-V, Scale Computing Office 365 - setup, migration, support (This is a MUST!) Dell, HPE, Lenovo, Microsoft Surface, AppleMac Servers, Desktops, Laptops, Tablets, Mobile Device Microsoft Windows Server (all versions) (This is a MUST!) Microsoft Remote Desktop Services (RDS) (This is a MUST!) ConnectWise Manage & Control SolarWinds NCentral Firewall & Network- Fortigate, SonicWall, CiscoMeraki, Aruba Networks Remote and Onsite Customer Support (scheduled & ad-hoc) Relevant certifications and MSP experience are preferred.
