Job DescriptionMust complete application through careers*Provides nursing services to the Arc in compliance with regulatory guidelines. Ensures that individuals are receiving appropriate, ongoing health care and coordinates health care and documentation between families of individuals, community residences and daywork programs. Shares rotation in providing on call nursing support from 5pm Friday to 8am following Friday to ensure quality care to the individuals we support. RN will be certified as a CPR Instructor and will train two times a year required.RequirementsMinimum Education & ExperienceOne year experience in a human servicemedical field. Experience with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities preferred.LicensureCertificationLicensed by the NYS Department of Education as Registered Nurse. Valid drivers' license. Availability of insured personal vehicle to transport self andor individuals as necessary.
