Job Description:

HRIS Program ManagerPinnacle Partners is assisting our client in their search for an HRIS Program Manager. This role will require onsite work in Indianapolis, IN with a hybrid schedule. Candidates must be well versed in UKG. Oversee implementation process from old system to UKGEnsure the accuracy, security adn confidentiality of HR data within the HRIS systemManage and analyze all HR system releases, and understand their impact when changes are made.Provide support for system issues, escalating to IT partners as needed.Ensure HRIS compliance with federal and state regulations, data security and privacy requirements. Work with internal leaders on process improvements and designing work flowsManage system related company projects, ensuring timelines are being metRequirementsMinimum of 5 years of experience with HRIS implementation, specifically working with UKGExperience in HR, payroll, time and scheduling modulesMinimum of 2 years of experience in project managementCertifications in UKG and Kronos are highly preferred
