We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Project Delivery Lead. This role presents an exciting opportunity to support our Pipe Stress Engineering Division, working closely with our engineering and sales staff to deliver exceptional results to our clients.As the Project Delivery Lead, you will play a crucial role in providing engineering support with a focus on custom engineering, 2D & 3D CAD drafting, project management, and client relations. You will be responsible for coordinating and driving the completion of engineering packages in a timely and cost-effective manner, while ensuring compliance with relevant building codes and utilizing industry-standard software programs.QUALIFICATIONS:Preferred candidates should possess the following requirements:RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:Support clients and sales staff with technical information and troubleshooting, acting as a technical lead for each project.Coordinate and task engineering packages within the division, working closely with the Piping Stress Engineering Manager.Develop a thorough knowledge of relevant building the pertinent sections of the following building codes: 2015 - 2021 IBC ASCE 7-2016 - 2022 CBC, ASME B31 codes (B31.1, B31.3, B31.9), Boiler & Pressure Vessel Codes, ACI 318-08 as well as the following programs: AutoPIPE, Revit, AutoCAD, AutoCAD Fabrication CADMEP, Navisworks.Prepare custom engineering packages and maintain pipe stress files, including calculations, technical specifications, and isometrics.Create dimensioned piping support drawings for construction, utilizing 2D & 3D CAD software.Generate quotes for sales staff and assist with maximizing profits.Conduct job walks on construction sites to gather information and address client issues.Assist in the ongoing development and improvement of technical support procedures and systems.Design seismic bracing for MEP layouts as necessary, understanding the engineering fundamentals behind the ISAT Seismic Bracing system.DEVELOPMENT OPPORTUNITY: In addition to your primary responsibilities, you will have the opportunity to advance your engineering skills in structural design and develop client relations and communication skills through presentations to various stakeholders.REQUIREMENTS: Proficiency in relevant building codes and software programs, including AutoPIPE, Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.Strong project management and communication skills.Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently.Further Qualifications- The successful candidate must also pass a background check.*Equal Employment Opportunity
