Job description:HOME CARE POSITION in Jersey City, Hudson County.:Outreach PT, OT and SLP is one of the leaders of in home out patient physical, occupational and speech services in New York and New Jersey. Due to our continued growth , Outreach is looking to bring on additional motivated and passionate Therapists to work with the adult and geriatric populations.
