Phenom 300E CaptainPosition Overview:Our client, based in Chicago, is seeking a highly skilled Chief Pilot. The ideal candidate will possess substantial flight operations experience, a strong understanding of Part 91 regulations, and a commitment to upholding the highest safety and efficiency standards. Preference will be given to candidates with extensive experience in the Phenom 300E model.Requirements:- Possess a valid Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certificate.- Substantial experience as a corporate pilot.- In-depth knowledge of Part 91 regulations and their application.- Type rating in Phenom 300E minimum of 300 hours.- Minimum 3000 hours total time.- Strong leadership and communication skills.- Exceptional decision-making and problem-solving abilities.- Ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic and client-centric environment.- Must be willing to fly right or left seat alongside of Aircraft owner.- Must be ready, willing and able to assist in trainingworking with new aircraft.- Bachelor's degree in aviation or related field (preferred).- Resides or willing to relocate to within a 1-hour driving distance of Chicago-based location (KLOT).Benefits:- 401(k)- 401(k) matching- Dental Insurance- Flexible schedule- Health insurance- Health savings account- Life insurance- Paid time off- Relocation assistance- Vision insurance
