We are seeking an Administrative Assistant with experience working at a public accounting firm who is interested in participating in hisher own career growth to join our team.The Administrative Assistant Role is responsible for learning the specific administrative activities common to a public accounting firm and applying their administrative skills to efficiently process client work, provide administrative support to individuals inside the Firm, and assist with internal Firm administrative tasks and projects. While some Administrative Assistants are assigned specific areas of expertise, we are looking for an administrative assistant who will work to become cross-trained to handle firm administrative duties.Specific responsibilities include:Assigned as Administrative Assistant to specific partnersProcessing of client deliverables (tax returns, financial statements, etc.)Processing of client billingHandle correspondence, mail, email, phone calls, and ad hoc requestsScanning of client materialCross-trained as back-up for other Administrative Team membersOther duties, as assignedA successful candidate will have strong communication skills, experience with technology, a friendly attitude, and ability to build relationships.
