We believe we can learn what works, share that information without limits, and empower countless people locally, nationally, and globally to live longer, healthier lives.Specifically, you will:Perform daily housekeeping services by coordinating with the Hospitality Services team including routine cleaning assignments in medical and non-medical areas at the InstituteClean, wash, sanitize, andor polish fixtures, ledges, tables, floors, exam rooms, radiology suites, kitchen, bathrooms, etcClean, wash, sanitize, andor polish glassware, plate ware, and silverware as well as barista machinery and suppliesClean floors to include sweeping, dusting, dampwet mopping, stripping, waxing, buffing, disinfecting, etcFollow established safety precautions when performing tasks and when using equipment and supplies, especially in medical areasEnsure that workcleaning schedules are followed as closely as practicalReport all accidentsincidents to your supervisor, no matter how minor they may bePerforms other duties as assignedInventory of appropriate stock levels, ie: attire, cleaning supplies, etcSalary: $18 - $21 per hourRequirementsRequirementsQUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty adequately. The requirements below are representative of the knowledge, skill, andor ability required.Must have at least three years of institutional housekeeping experience, preferably in a healthcare or hospitality environmentMust be able to understand and follow written and oral work instructions provided in EnglishAbility to use industrial cleaning equipment and productsMust be work amicably with other personnel, maintaining a warm and friendly demeanor with coworkers and membersMust maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, which includes wearing the assigned uniform and name tagPHYSICAL DEMANDS: The physical demands are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
