Position Summary:The position is responsible for supporting financial planning and analysis processes for assigned locationsbusiness lines, including but not limited to: preparation and analysis of management financial statements; budgeting and forecasting; implementation of management dashboards; deployment of key company metrics; preparation of accurate and timely analysis for the Site Leadership and Executive teams; ad-hoc analysis and modeling.Essential Functions:To accomplish this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform satisfactorily, with or without reasonable accommodation each stated essential function. Reasonable accommodations may be made to help enable qualified individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Planning and Forecasting Responsibilities:the annual business planning process and ensures adherence to the established timeline and approach for preparation of annual plan and periodic financial forecasting for assigned locationsbusiness lines.improves the forecasting process by working closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Accountant to reconcile, coordinate and incorporate expectations into financial pro-forma statements.detailed variance analysis for all forecast iterations against respective annual plan, prior forecast, and actual results.
