Job Description:

We are a designer and manufacturer of about 500 different SKU's of consumer products such as, Pool Floats, Snow Tubes, Backyard Family Games and Inflatable Furniture, just to name a few. Some of the brand names that we market are PoolCandy, Little Tikes, RealTree, YardCandy, SnowCandy, SoundCandy and AirCandy which we sell through national retail stores as well as through various ecommerce channels. You can find more information about our products on our website. develop our own exclusive designs and supply product to national retailers in multiple distribution channels such as Macys, Dillard's, Walgreens, CVS, Publix, Kroger, Walmart, Dick's Sporting Goods, Urban Outfitters, Amazon, and Amazon. We traditionally supply our wholesale customers directly with shipments from our factories overseas or for our smaller to mid-size customers we supply out of our Doral, Florida or Wenatchee, Washington warehouses.Over the past few years we have started selling direct to consumers via Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Market Place and through our Shopify website. Additionally, we support the internet sales for several national retailers by drop shipping their daily orders.We are looking for someone to fill this position that has strong experience in Social Media & Digital Marketing that can help us to continue to grow our direct to consumer ecommerce sales and social media presence as well as manage the communication and new product launches with our PR Agency.POSITION PURPOSE: • Develop and implement growth strategies for our e-commerce business through social media marketing.• Manage analytics for social media which includes but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Amazon Seller Central, and email.campaigns and influencer marketing to help grow retail sales.• Lead the development and execution of digital strategies.• Responsible for creating, curating, and managing digital content across various online platforms, including company's website, social media channels, email marketing, and more.EXAMPLES OF DUTIES TO PRODUCE NATIONAL ECOMMERCE SALES• Content Creation: To manage and develop high-quality, engaging, and visually appealing content, including written copy, images, graphics, videos, and other multimedia assets, to support the company's online presence. This work would be with the support from our in-house graphic designers, content writers and product development team members that would take your direction. Additionally, we have a photography team in Hawaii and Miami for summer images video and we outsource another team in Colorado for winter images video in additional to our more than 10,000 available product lifestyle images we already have on file.• Social Media Management: Manage and grow social media profiles, including but not limited to Facebook, X, Tik Tok and Instagram. Create and schedule posts, engage with the audience, and drive brand awareness and engagement with a goal to grow our B2C business. Manage advertising budget on social media and Amazon and set goals for performance• Website Marketing: Work with our team to ensure website remains up-to-date with fresh content, imagery, and information. Collaborate with web developers to implement changes and improvements as necessary.• Email Marketing: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and promotional content to drive customer engagement.• SEO Optimization: Implement SEO best practices to improve online visibility, search engine rankings, and organic traffic.• Content Calendar: Create and maintain a content calendar to plan, schedule, and organize digital content across platforms, aligning with marketing and promotional campaigns.• Analytics and Reporting: Monitor digital marketing performance through various analytics tools and generate regular reports to track key metrics and make data-driven decisions.• Collaborate with Marketing and PR Team: Work closely with the marketing team to align digital content with overall marketing and branding strategies, campaigns, and events.SPECIFIC JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND ABILITY:The individual must possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities and be able to explain and demonstrate that he or she can perform the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation.• Proven experience in digital content management, social media, and online marketing.
