Job Description:

Clayton Services is searching for a Technical Graphic Designer to join a thriving company in North Houston. The Technical Graphic Designer will be responsible for developing graphic content for vinyldecals on production units, as well as developing product literature for company marketing. The Technical Graphic Designer will be responsible for documenting and organizing all graphical content for production units.Technical Graphic Designer Responsibilities:• Create and edit schematicsdrawings in vector software for aesthetics and accuracy• Edit photos for marketing use (crop backgrounds, edit details, remove details, etc.)• Convert schematicsdrawings into graphic design software to be finalized• Create and edit labels, logos, and other graphics to be applied to units• Document and organize all schematics, graphics, logos, etc. to be accessed readily• Develop product literaturebrochures from scratch in vector software• Produce reports addressing project progress and other details for managerial staff• Collaborate with engineers to ensure accuracy of drawings and diagrams• Collaborate with marketing to ensure customer satisfaction with unit aesthetics and literature• Other duties as assignedTechnical Graphic Designer Skills and Abilities:• Excellent communication skills• Excellent analytical skills• Excellent problem-solving skills• Excellent attention to detail• Ability to meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced work environment• Excellent organizational and creative skills• Excellent project management skills• Computer proficiency• Microsoft Office proficiency• Adobe Photoshop proficiency• Vector graphics software proficiency (Adobe Illustrator or Coreldraw preferred)• CAD software proficiency is a plusTechnical Graphic Designer Education and Experience:• Bachelor's degree is highly desired• Previous experience as a Graphic Designer with heavy Adobe Photoshop and vector graphicexperience is highly desired• Previous internship or work experienceTechnical Graphic Designer - This is an excellent temp-to-hire opportunity.
