Technology Acceleration Partners (TechAccel, LLC) is a private capital firm that invests in, acquires, and advances early-stage, disruptive technologies in the agriculture and human health sectors. TechAccel is developing multiple early-stage partnerships which are physically located in the St. Louis, MO area.The Administrative Assistant (AA) is a full-timein-person staff-level position based in the St. Louis, MO offices & labs. The position reports directly to TechAccel's Admin Operations Manager (AOM), based in Kansas City area, to perform a wide variety of operational and administrative functions in multiple offices and labs in the St. Louis, MO area. The AA supports the senior leadership teams of TechAccel, LLC and partnership companies as well as other staff. This position requires tremendous flexibility and will have exposure to cutting edge research and a network of top executives. The AA must be comfortable with performing routine tasks as well as working closely with executives.The AA's primary responsibility is supporting the day-to-day operations of the business of the TechAccel and TechAccel's partnerships in accordance with the strategic plan and operating budgets. Daily operations of the company include actively supporting Administration, IT, Accounting, Marketing, Communications, Program Management, etc.Responsibilities:Administrative support for Executives of TechAccel and TechAccel partnershipsSchedule, organize and take notes during business meetingsCoordinate travel logisticsPrepare expense reportsArrange seedplant transport from multiple facilitiesOrganize and e-file documentsAssist with the new hire onboarding processArrange team eventsGeneral Q&A of all staff & escalate concerns as neededData entry and database reportingSupport employees' time-tracking system entries and inquiriesCoordinate with AOM and PMO on issues with the facilities and service providersSupport office and lab relocations and expansion projectsCoordinate with Lab Managers to ensure offices and labs are equipped with necessary suppliesGeneral reception duties such as greet guests, answer the main office phone and receive deliveriesCollect and distribute office mailCoordinate shipments and deliveries nationwide and internationallyEnsure shared spaces are tidy and inviting Coordinate with the Accounting team with invoice approval processUpdate content on electronic displays and websitesAnticipate company needs and opportunities and support the changes in the organizationAdditional duties and responsibilities as they ariseKey Requirements and CompetenciesProven experience as an administrative assistantUnderstanding of business functions such as HR, Finance, Marketing, Project Management, IT Excellent interpersonal skillsExcellent oral and written communication skillsHighly self-motivated, self-starter, able to follow throughFlexible and calm under pressure Resourcefulness, proactive, organized, detail orientedStrong work ethicAbility to work both independently and collaborativelyProficient in Microsoft Applications: Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPointPreferred RequirementsBSBA in Business Administration or relevant fieldFamiliar with ag tech markets andor human health marketsFamiliar with R&D and lab environments
