We are working with a client that is looking to expand their HR team due to promotion! This role will cover two facilities in Wisconsin as an HRBP. The right candidate will have strong employee relations, union experience, long term strategic planning and a people first mindset! This role has responsibility for two sites: Richland Center, WI and Lancaster, WI. Great benefits with 5 weeks of vacation and 8% 401k match! This role will be based out of our flagship facility and have as needed travel to second facility within driving range.
