I am currently working with a leading regional law firm, who are actively looking to recruit a real estate attorney to join their Chicago office.Job Description:The specialist group is seeking an experienced and motivated Real Estate Attorney to join it's Denver office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate law, excellent analytical and communication skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality legal services to clients.Responsibilities:Conducting thorough legal research on real estate matters.Drafting and reviewing real estate transaction documents, including contracts, leases, and agreements.Providing legal advice and guidance to clients on real estate transactions and disputes.Representing clients in real estate negotiations and transactions.Handling closings, title reviews, and other aspects of real estate transactions.Staying abreast of changes in real estate laws and regulations.Qualifications:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Admitted to the Illinois state bar.A minimum of 4 years of experience practicing real estate lawExcellent research, writing, and communication skills.Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.The firm is offering the successful candidate:Competitive compensation packages - including bonuses.Clear career track.Very achievable billing targets.Flexible and hybrid working arrangements.
