HR Representative Avimoe is recruiting for an HR Professional for a direct hire position with our client. This is an exciting opportunity to join the world's largest manufacturer of machinery and equipment focused solely on the agricultural industry. This position is located in Jackson, MN. In this role you will work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with a team of HR professionals. This position will coordinate and manage exempt and hourly recruiting & selection initiatives and support the mission of the Human Resources Department through employee relations-related activities like turnover analysis, staffing cycle-time, cost perhire, employee engagement survey results. We are looking for an ambitious team player that wants to work with a progressive HR team. Note: This position must be performed onsite. What You Will DoCoordinate exempt and hourly hiring to meet organizational needsAssist with recruiting events, advertising andComplete data entry for new hires, benefits and recruitingSchedule and conduct interviews and coordinate pre-employment testingTrack and maintain metrics related to hiringDrive performance management effort including reviews, discipline, counseling, terminationsHandle Employee Relations tasks as neededServe as Policy resource for supervisors and employeesServe as technical benefits resource for employee's and their benefitsIdentify, assess and implement continuous improvement activities in HRDrive improvements in Safety as opportunities ariseMisc.
