Account Executive - Real Estate Seeking an Experienced Account Executive focused on the Real Estate sector for a leading commercial Solar Company! The role would be sitting in New York City, Boston or remote in CaliforniaWe are looking for an experienced and motivated individual to join our team as an account executive. Our client is a leading solar company, offering innovative renewable energy solutions to clients across various industries.Location: Remote with access to offices in New York or BostonResponsibilities:Source and manage real estate accounts, focusing on solar energy servicesTarget clients including Real Estate Investment Trusts, private equity funds, and portfolio companiesOversee the client lifecycle from origination to execution, with support from the internal teamDevelop and maintain a strong new business pipelineConduct face-to-face and virtual client meetingsClose deals through stakeholder engagement and negotiationResearch and identify new prospect opportunitiesAttend industry events and trade shows for networking and business opportunitiesCreate new relationships to increase deal activityQualifications:5+ years of advisory or sales experience in commercial real estate or related fieldsBachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Economics, Finance, Marketing, or related fieldStrong presentation, negotiation, and sales skillsMotivated self-starter with a high-level sales mentalityExtensive knowledge of the real estate industry, preferably selling into itProven ability to meet and exceed quotasComfortable with regional and national travelTechnical knowledge of solar energy is a plusPassionate about the company's unique market positioning and mission
